Vegetable Souk takes customer satisfaction very seriously. In case of any problems with your order, please call us at 04-302-0899, and we will assist you. In appropriate cases, if you have already been billed by Vegetable Souk, Vegetable Souk will issue full or partial refunds. In the following cases, if you did not receive your order or have received an incorrect order, you may be issued a full refund.

Please keep all items with their complete packaging and inside packaging intact, with the receipt, if you intend to refund any items within the conditions set out. No exchange or refund will be considered without it.
